PRIVACY POLICY

The Company respects your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants in any offerings organized by the Company. By engaging the Company, you agree not to violate the publicity or privacy rights of any other participant in any offering organized by the Company, or of the Company. The Company respects your confidential and proprietary information, ideas, and plans  (collectively, ”Confidential Information”) and must insist that you respect the same rights of the other participants in any Company organized engagement, and of the Company. By signing below, you agree (1) not to infringe on any other participant’s or the Company’s copyright, or other intellectual property rights without permission, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by any participant or any representative of the Company is confidential, and belongs solely and exclusively to the participant who discloses it or the Company, and (3) you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other participants during the group sessions provided in the offering organized by the Company.

Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Company’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Participant; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Participant’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Company from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Participant; (d) is independently developed by the Company without use of or reference to the Participant’’s confidential information; or (e) the Company is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Company and as a result of such disclosure the Company reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Participant or others; and (g) involves illegal activity.  The Participant also acknowledges their continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Company in a timely manner.
